Job Opportunity – Emergency Department / Medical-Surgical RN – Iowa

Start Date: September 14, 2026

Location: Central Iowa

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Every third weekend; holiday coverage as needed

• Board-certified emergency medicine physicians available around the clock
• Call pay available at competitive rates; overtime and holiday multipliers apply
• Contract duration: 13 weeks

Requirements:

• Active Iowa RN license or Compact State license
• Minimum 2 years of current Emergency Department experience required
• Minimum 2 years of Medical-Surgical experience required
• High proficiency in both ED and Med-Surg specialties essential
• Current BLS (American Heart Association) certification required
• Current ACLS (American Heart Association) certification required
• PALS certification preferred
• TNCC certification preferred
• BSN preferred
• Previous travel nursing experience preferred
• Reliable personal vehicle required
• Must reside more than 50 miles from facility location
