Description
Start Date: August 3, 2026
Location: Southeast Alabama
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: 36 or 48 hours per week with block scheduling available; every-other-weekend rotation required; 1:6 patient ratio in a high-acuity environment
Highlights:

- Epic EMR system for streamlined charting and documentation
- Experience with cardiac drips required (Cardizem, Tridil, Amiodarone)
- Comprehensive interdisciplinary support including IV teams, rapid response teams, pharmacy, respiratory services, and more
- Flexible time-off options with 3–7 days available per contract
Requirements:
- Active Alabama RN license or compact multi-state license in good standing (no pending applications accepted)
- Minimum 1–2 years of recent nursing experience with high-acuity patients
- Demonstrated proficiency in dysrhythmia interpretation and management
- Hands-on experience with cardiac drips (Cardizem, Tridil, Amiodarone) required
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Experience working in large healthcare facilities preferred
- Previous travel nursing experience preferred; highly qualified candidates may be considered on a case-by-case basis
- Must reside at least 90 miles from the facility location
- COVID-19 and flu vaccination required (medical and religious exemptions accepted for COVID-19)
- Completion of pre-start compliance modules required one week prior to start date
