Description
Start Date: July 27, 2026
Location: Augusta, Georgia
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: 36 hours per week with rotating weekends; 1:7 nurse-to-patient ratio; full shift support including clinical nurse coordinator, PCTs, and unit coordinator

- 40-bed medical-surgical unit with comprehensive support staff on every shift
- Documentation through Meditech EMR system
- Standard medical-surgical equipment and skill set including EKGs, glucose monitoring, and venipuncture
- Contract labor floats first to similar units when needed
- Part of a 354-bed, nationally recognized healthcare facility known for specialized centers and excellent culture
- Located in a historic Southern city with vibrant downtown, riverwalk entertainment, and home to The Masters golf tournament
Requirements:
- Active Georgia RN license
- Current BLS certification
- Minimum 1 year of medical-surgical nursing experience
- Proficiency in standard med-surg procedures including EKGs, glucose monitoring, and venipuncture
- Royal blue scrubs (top and bottom) required
