Description
Start Date: August 3, 2026
Location: Northern Virginia
Compensation: $90/hour – Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: Night shift, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM, 36 or 48 hours per week guarantees available. Overtime applicable after 48 hours.
Highlights:
- Medical-Surgical unit specializing in post-surgical patients including orthopedics and general surgery
- Focus on neuro patient populations providing diverse clinical experience
- 12-hour night shifts with flexible weekly hour guarantees
- EPIC EMR system utilized (experience preferred but not required)
- Opportunity for temp-to-permanent placement
- Immediate start date with long-term contract potential
Requirements:
- Active RN License in state of employment or compact state license
- BLS certification from American Heart Association required
- Minimum 1 year of experience in related nursing specialty preferred
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing preferred
- Experience with post-surgical, orthopedic, general surgery, or neuro patient populations highly desirable
