Schedule: 12-hour night shifts, every other weekend required, float to multiple units

Highlights:

• Provide critical respiratory care across ICU, Emergency Department, and general pediatric care areas
• No call requirements
• Work with Epic EMR system
• Dedicated pediatric respiratory therapy in a specialized children's healthcare environment
• Float model allows exposure to diverse patient populations and clinical scenarios

Requirements:

• Active Georgia Respiratory Therapist license (RRT registration required)
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Registered Respiratory Therapist
• Extensive critical care experience in PICU, NICU, and Emergency Department settings required
• Pediatric experience required; Level I trauma experience highly preferred
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
• Flu vaccination required for 2025-2026 flu season (no exemptions)
• Must pass nicotine and drug screening
• Flexibility to float between units as needed
• Requested time off must be provided at time of application
