Job Opportunity – Intermediate Medical Care Unit (IMCU) RN – Georgia

Start Date: September 8, 2026

Location: Atlanta, Georgia

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: 48 hours per week, 16–10 bed unit with 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratio

Highlights:

• Diverse patient population including sepsis, heart failure, hypertensive emergency, respiratory failure, COPD, chronic kidney disease, Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus, substance abuse, and encephalopathy
• Experience managing heparin drips and complex medication protocols

Requirements:

• Active Georgia RN license or compact state license with ability to obtain Georgia licensure
• Minimum 2 years of IMCU, ICU, or progressive care experience required
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• Current ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification
• Strong critical thinking and assessment skills in managing complex medical patients
