Start Date: September 21, 2026

Location: Columbus, Ohio

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Days/Nights, variable weekend coverage based on unit needs, 72-hour orientation, staffing ratio goal of 1:4 (may flex to 1:5)

Highlights:

• Medical-Surgical Oncology unit caring for all solid tumor cancers across the full spectrum of the cancer journey
• 36-bed unit with daily census of 36 patients; adult and geriatric populations
• Oncology experience preferred but not required; strong Med-Surg background essential
• Epic charting system with telemetry monitoring and interpretation
• Floating required to other Med-Surg Oncology units within the facility
• Comprehensive interdisciplinary support including PT, respiratory services, pharmacy, and rapid response teams

Requirements:

• Active RN license (Compact or Ohio state license required at time of submission)
• Minimum 2 years of acute care nursing experience required
• Current and consistent acute care experience within the last 12 months
• BLS certification required; ONS Chemotherapy certification preferred
• Proficiency in telemetry interpretation and monitoring
• Experience with Epic charting system required
• Skills in accessing/managing ports, administering chemotherapy, blood product administration, central line blood draw, IV starts and maintenance, tracheostomy care, and isolation precautions
• Previous travel experience preferred
• Education from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program
• 2 professional references required (at least one from a manager or formal leadership role)
• Flu vaccine required (medical exemptions only)
