Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, Interventional Radiology – Ohio

Start Date: September 21, 2026

Location: Columbus, Ohio

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Monday through Friday, normal business hours 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM. Every other or every third weekend coverage as needed. Floating may be required based on departmental needs. Two call shifts during contract.

Highlights:

• Interventional diagnostic and treatment unit with 8 procedure rooms and a highly skilled multidisciplinary team
• Daily census of approximately 30 patients with a 1:1 patient ratio across all shifts
• Procedures include vascular access, IVC filter placement/removal, embolizations, TIPS, UFE, fistula grams, PCN, PTC, drain placements, venous reconstruction, and circulating support
• EPIC charting experience preferred; 30 hours of orientation provided
• Adult and geriatric patient population requiring specialized interventional radiology care
• One pre-approved time off period available during contract

Requirements:

• Active Ohio RN license or multistate compact license (required at time of submission)
• BLS certification (required)
• ACLS certification (required)
• Minimum 2 years of Registered Nurse experience
• Interventional Radiology experience required
• Skills in circulating procedures, interpretation/management of dysrhythmias, pulmonary artery line/Swan Ganz monitoring, and patient triage
• Graduation from an ACEN or CCNE accredited nursing program
• Flu vaccine required (medical exemptions only); COVID-19 vaccine not required
• Two professional references required: at least one from a manager, director, or formal leadership role

Important Compliance Information:

This position requires strict compliance with credentialing deadlines. Ohio fingerprinting must be completed immediately upon contract signing. Candidates must be responsive and cooperative throughout the credentialing process. Former employees must have been away from the facility for at least 6 months to be eligible. Current employees at this location are not eligible for travel assignments.
