Schedule: 13-week assignment; every other weekend (average 6 weekend shifts per contract); flexible scheduling required for float pool

Highlights:

• Float pool position covering Med-Surg, Med-Surg Telemetry, and Progressive Care units
• Patient ratios: 1:4-5 PCU; 1:5-6 Med-Surg and Med-Surg Telemetry
• Epic EMR experience required; SBAR and Pyxis utilized
• Adult and geriatric patient population with diverse diagnoses across all specialties
• No call requirements; comprehensive interdisciplinary support including IV teams, rapid response, lift teams, and pharmacy
• Maximum 7 days requested time off per contract

Requirements:

• Active Georgia or Compact RN license required at time of submission
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience; first-time travelers accepted
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS)
• Epic charting system experience required
• Experience with patient ratios of 1:5-6 Med-Surg/Telemetry and 1:4-5 PCU
• Flexibility to float to multiple units across Med-Surg, Telemetry, and Progressive Care specialties
• Flu vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions only)
