Job Opportunity – Perioperative Registered Nurse – Ohio

Start Date: September 21, 2026

Location: Columbus, Ohio

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week. Day/Evening rotating schedule with a combination of 8-hour, 10-hour, and 12-hour shifts. Schedule options include 4x10s, 5x8s, or 2x8s + 2x12s based on unit needs. Shift times range from 06:30 - 17:00, 06:30 - 19:00, or 10:30 - 20:30. Call and weekend coverage as needed.

Requirements:

• Active Registered Nurse license (Compact or Ohio state license required at time of submission)
• Minimum 2 years of perioperative nursing experience required
• Travel nursing experience required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• ACLS and CNOR certifications preferred
• EPIC charting system experience required
• Experience in circulating and scrubbing roles preferred
• Proficiency level 3-4 in neuro, thoracic, ENT, orthopedic, general, plastics, urology, GYN, free flaps, and robotic surgery preferred
• Oncology experience preferred
• Education from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program required
• Two professional references required, including at least one from a manager or director
• Flu vaccination required (medical exemptions only)
• Ability to complete Ohio fingerprinting process urgently upon contract acceptance
