Job Opportunity – Cardiovascular ICU Registered Nurse – Texas

Start Date: August 17, 2026

Location: Southern Texas

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Three 12-hour shifts per week, night shift

• Minimum 2 years CVICU experience required

Requirements:

• Current Registered Nurse license in state of practice
• Minimum 2 years of Cardiovascular ICU experience required
• Direct experience with POD 0 open heart patients required
• Demonstrated proficiency with IABP and Impella devices required
• NIHSS, BLS, and ACLS certifications required
• Strong organizational and leadership skills with ability to delegate effectively
• Expert assessment skills and thorough knowledge of arrhythmia management, pathophysiology, and hemodynamics
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities in high-stakes environments
• Must reside at least 100 miles from facility location
