Location: Bel Aire, Kansas

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM (night shift), 12-bed ICU with patient ratios typically 1:2 to 1:3; float to other units as needed

Highlights:

• Exposure to a comprehensive case mix including dialysis line insertions, arterial and central line insertions, cardioversions, thoracentesis, and chest tube placements
• Modern equipment including CRRT, monitors, IV pumps, fluid warmers, and blanket coolers
• EMR: Meditech
• Tenured, experienced staff with low turnover and scheduling flexibility
• Patient-centered care environment emphasizing strong communication and collaboration

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year current acute care hospital ICU experience
• Active RN license in Kansas or eligible for licensure
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIH certifications required
• Ventilator competency and IV drip management experience preferred
• Prior Meditech experience preferred
