Location: Wichita, Kansas

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: 48 hours per week for 6 weeks (Rapid Response assignment); 1:2 patient ratio; Day and Night shifts available

Highlights:

• Fast-paced 26-bed Coronary Care Unit serving critically ill cardiac patients
• Advanced equipment and procedures including balloon pumps, CRRT, hypothermia therapy, cardioversion, and heart catheterizations
• Meditech EMR system
• 6-week rapid response assignment with immediate start
• Collaborative team environment with dedicated charge nurses and patient care technicians on each shift
• Exposure to high-acuity cardiac cases including central lines and medication drips

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of current acute care hospital ICU experience required
• BLS, ACLS, and NIH Stroke Scale certifications (must be included in submission packet)
• Active Kansas RN license or ability to obtain prior to start date
• Prior Meditech experience preferred
• Previous experience in large facility ICU settings strongly preferred
