Job Opportunity – LTAC/Telemetry Registered Nurse – Indiana

Start Date: August 24, 2026

Location: Indianapolis, Indiana

Schedule: Shift-based schedule with accountability for comprehensive patient care delivery in a Long-Term Acute Care hospital setting

Highlights:

• Provide critical care to medically complex patients requiring telemetry monitoring in an LTAC environment
• Work with patients requiring ventilator and tracheostomy management
• Utilize critical thinking and clinical judgment to coordinate safe, evidence-based patient care
• Delegate and supervise care priorities across the nursing team
• Exercise leadership in shift-level patient care planning and clinical decision-making
• Multiple positions available for qualified candidates

Requirements:

• Active Registered Nurse license in Indiana or multi-state compact license
• Minimum of 2 years recent telemetry and LTAC experience in a hospital setting
• ACLS and BLS certifications (must be through the American Heart Association)
• Demonstrated experience with ventilator and tracheostomy patient care
• 2 to 5 years of overall nursing experience required
• Strong clinical competencies and commitment to continuing education
