Job Opportunity – LTAC/Telemetry Registered Nurse – Indiana

Start Date: August 24, 2026

Location: Indianapolis, Indiana

Highlights:

• Provide direct patient care in a Long-Term Acute Care setting with telemetry monitoring
• Care for medically complex patients requiring ventilator and tracheostomy management
• Utilize critical thinking and clinical leadership skills in a collaborative nursing environment
• Maintain accountability for patient care delivery using the nursing process and evidence-based practice
• Contract assignment beginning August 2026 with multiple positions available
• Opportunity to work with patients requiring specialized, long-term acute care services

Requirements:

• Active Indiana or Compact (Multi-State) Registered Nurse license in good standing
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications through the American Heart Association
• Minimum 2 years recent experience in Telemetry and/or LTAC nursing in a hospital setting
• Demonstrated experience with ventilator management and tracheostomy care
• 2 to 5 years of overall RN experience required
• Strong critical thinking, delegation, and patient care prioritization skills
