Job Opportunity – Respiratory Therapist – Wisconsin

Start Date: August 31, 2026

Location: Madison, Wisconsin

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: 36 hours per week with flexible 8 and 12-hour shift options including day (07:00-15:30, 07:00-19:30) and evening (15:00-23:30) shifts. Every other weekend rotation required, two winter holidays required, and one 12-hour on-call shift per 6-week schedule period.

• Experience with advanced respiratory modalities including mechanical ventilation, high flow oxygen, BiPAP/CPAP, and specialty treatments

Requirements:

• Wisconsin RCP license (pending license accepted at time of submittal)
• Graduate of a CoARC-accredited School for Respiratory Therapy
• NBRC Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential
• BLS certification (AHA only)
• Minimum two years of experience as a staff respiratory therapist
• Pediatric and adult experience preferred
• Level 1 and Level 2 Trauma experience required
• Travel healthcare experience required
• Flu vaccination required (medical/religious exemptions only)
• Must pass cardiac rhythm interpretation exam with strict criteria prior to start
