Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse (Telemetry) – Ohio

Start Date: October 5, 2026

Location: Ohio

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Night shift (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM), 12-hour shifts, every other weekend (Friday & Saturday nights)

Highlights:

• 13-week travel nursing contract with 32 hours of orientation
• Telemetry unit with 44-bed capacity serving adult and geriatric populations
• Experience with cardiac monitoring, dysrhythmia interpretation, and IV insulin protocols required
• Epic charting system (preferred experience)
• May be required to float to different units within the organization as needed
• Multiple parking options available with convenient access to the facility

Requirements:

• Active RN license (valid Compact or Ohio state license required at time of submission)
• Minimum 1 year of acute care RN experience (must be current and within the last 12 months)
• Previous telemetry experience required
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Experience with IV insulin protocols and insulin drips
• Strong cardiac monitoring and dysrhythmia interpretation skills
• Competency in PCU/Stepdown environments, isolation precautions, IV management, and oxygen administration
• Nursing education from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program
• Flu vaccine required (medical exemptions only)
• Two professional references required: at least one from a manager, director, or formal supervisor; Charge RN acceptable for second reference
