Job Opportunity – Travel RN Oncology (GU/Urology Clinic) – Ohio

Start Date: September 21, 2026

Location: Columbus, Ohio

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, 40 guaranteed hours per week. No call required. No weekend coverage.

Highlights:

• Outpatient oncology clinic specializing in genitourinary cancers including kidney, prostate, bladder, and related GU malignancies
• Patient ratio of 1:12 with approximately 45 visits per day in a 34-room clinic setting
• Medical and surgical oncology capabilities including chemotherapy administration, biopsies, and minor in-clinic procedures
• Epic charting system experience required; teaching facility environment
• 30 hours of orientation provided; float only to other outpatient clinics within scope
• Comprehensive interdisciplinary support including IV teams, respiratory services, phlebotomy, radiology, social services, and pharmacy

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
• Active RN license (compact or Ohio state license) in hand at time of application
• Current BLS certification required
• Epic charting system experience required
• Flu vaccine required (medical exemptions only)
• Oncology experience strongly preferred, particularly outpatient oncology
• Proficiency in accessing/managing ports, central line care, chemotherapy administration, IV starts and maintenance, phlebotomy, and Foley catheter management
• Experience with special equipment including bladder scanners and biopsy equipment preferred
• Nursing education from ACEN or CCNE accredited program required
• Two professional references required: at least one from a manager/director or formal supervisor; charge RN acceptable for second reference
