# Job Opportunity – Emergency Department RN – Texas**Start Date:** August 24, 2026 **Location:** Weatherford, Texas **Compensation:** Details provided to qualified applicants **Schedule:** 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, variable shifts, every other weekend, 36 guaranteed hours per week**Highlights:** - 13-week assignment in a 23-bed Emergency Department with 4:1 patient ratios- Level IV Trauma Center, Primary Stroke Center, and Chest Pain Accredited facility with PCI capabilities (STEMI 24/7)- Experience with standard emergency procedures including trauma, stroke, and cardiac interventions- Meditech documentation system; experience preferred- Supportive team environment with all-RN nursing staff and dedicated support personnel- No call requirements**Requirements:** - Active, unrestricted Texas RN License (temporary licenses not accepted)- Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department experience required- Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS or ENPC certifications required- TNCC and NIHSS certifications required- Professional appearance adhering to facility dress code standards**Why It's a Great Opportunity:** This Emergency Department position offers the chance to work in a comprehensive care environment serving trauma, stroke, and cardiac patients in a well-staffed unit.
