Location: Charleston, West Virginia

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: 4x10 hour shifts, Days 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM with on-call responsibilities. On-call weekends rotate from Friday 7:00 PM through Monday 7:00 AM (both primary and backup call). 30-minute response time required for call. Guaranteed 36 hours per week.

• Daily caseload of 8-10 cases in a high-volume Cardiac Cath Lab
• Level IV Trauma Center and major teaching hospital with 838 staffed beds
• Comprehensive Cath Lab experience required: diagnostic, intervention, and structural procedures
• Cerner EMR system with 16 hours of orientation provided
• Free parking and scrubs provided
• Minimal floating required – primarily remain in Cath Lab

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years RN experience required
• Minimum 1 year Cath Lab experience with competency in all aspects including diagnostic, intervention, and structural procedures
• Active West Virginia or Compact RN license (pending accepted for submission, but active license required by start date)
• BLS and ACLS certifications through American Heart Association (AHA)
• Must reside at least 75 miles from facility location
• 2 Manager or Charge Nurse references from the past 2 years required
• Previous travel experience required
• Experience with circulating in the lab, moderate sedation, assessment, medications, and pre/post-op care
