# Job Opportunity – Respiratory Therapy (NICU) – Texas**Start Date:** August 24, 2026 **Location:** Fort Worth, Texas **Compensation:** Details provided to qualified applicants **Schedule:** 7:00 PM start, night shift; every other weekend; 36 guaranteed hours per week (3 shifts with potential for a 4th shift)**Highlights:**

• 13-week contract assignment in a full-service hospital serving families across the region
• NICU-focused respiratory therapy role requiring advanced ventilator management and critical care skills
• Perform ABGs, assist with intubations, nebulizer treatments, and comprehensive respiratory support
• Experience with Servo I ventilators and I-Stat equipment preferred
• Meditech documentation system
• No on-call requirements

**Requirements:**

• Active Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) license
• NICU experience required
• ICU and/or Emergency Department experience required
• Minimum 2+ years of hospital-based respiratory therapy experience
• Proficiency in drawing arterial blood gases (ABGs)
• Current BLS certification
• Experience with all age ranges and strong customer service skills
