Start Date: August 17, 2026

Location: Santa Fe, New Mexico

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Night shift, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM; Full-time position with 2-4 weekend shifts per month (rotated among staff)

Highlights:

• Medical/Surgical unit experience with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:5-6
• EPIC EMR system utilized for all clinical documentation
• Flexibility to float to other Med/Surg departments as needed
• On-call may be requested based on census, but not a standard requirement

• Point of Care testing procedures performed by nursing staff

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program
• Current New Mexico RN license or active Compact state license
• BLS certification from AHA required
• Current knowledge and skills appropriate to the Med/Surg patient population
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
• Ability to provide age-appropriate, patient-centered care with cultural sensitivity
