Schedule: 3x12-hour shifts, Night shift. Minimum every-other-weekend coverage required. Contract must extend through January 2, 2027.

Highlights:

• Float to multiple critical care environments including Neuro ICU, Surgical ICUs, Medical ICUs, CVICU, and Cardiology/Diagnostics units
• Work with a large interdisciplinary team including Physical Therapy, Respiratory Services, Pharmacy, and Rapid Response Teams
• 2:1 patient ratio maintained across all shifts
• EPIC charting system utilized across all units
• 36-hour orientation provided to support successful onboarding
• Exposure to advanced critical care including transplant patients (kidney, liver, lung, heart) and complex multisystem conditions

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of ICU nursing experience required
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
• Proficiency with EPIC electronic medical record system required
• Valid compact or Ohio state RN license in hand at time of application
• Previous travel nursing experience strongly preferred
• Demonstrated competency in IV starts, telemetry monitoring, and ventilator management
• Skills in arterial line management, central line care, blood product administration, and titration of vasoactive/cardiac drips preferred
• Nursing education must be from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program
• Two professional references required, including at least one from a manager, director, or formal leadership role
• Must complete Ohio fingerprinting process promptly upon contract signing
