Emergency Department RN Opportunity - Georgetown, TexasJob Opportunity – Emergency Department Registered Nurse – Georgetown, Texas

Start Date: September 8, 2026

Location: Georgetown, Texas

Schedule: 13-week contract, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM day shift, rotating schedule with 4 weekend shifts per block schedule, no on-call required

Highlights:

• 23-bed Emergency Department in a Level IV Trauma Center and Certified Primary Stroke Center
• 4:1 patient ratio with strong team support including CNCs and dedicated paramedics
• Day shift staffing includes 1 CNC, 5 RNs, 1 Paramedic, and 1 PCT (staffing adjusts based on patient volume)
• EMR system: Meditech with Welch Allyn/GE equipment
• Comprehensive case mix including cardioversion, TNK administration, and moderate sedation
• Self-scheduling model with robust leadership support and collaborative provider team

Requirements:

• Active RN license in Texas or compact state license
• ALS (Advanced Life Support) certification required
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
• TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) certification required
• ENPC (Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course) or PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) required; ENPC preferred
• Minimum 1 year of Emergency Department experience required; 2 years preferred
