# Job Opportunity – Operating Room Registered Nurse – Texas**Start Date:** September 2026 **Location:** Texas **Compensation:** Details provided to qualified applicants **Schedule:** Day shift (8 or 10-hour shifts); Monday-Friday with on-call rotation**Highlights:** - 11-room Operating Room department with diverse surgical specialties including cardiovascular, vascular, endovascular, robotics, orthopedics, ENT, gynecology, and general surgery- Advanced surgical technology including DaVinci robots, ROSA and Mazor systems, hybrid OR, ECMO, and comprehensive cardiovascular equipment- Expanse EMR system with 1:1 patient ratio- Collaborative team environment with 30+ staff members including specialized surgical technologists and support personnel- Call rotation typically one weekday plus one weekend per month- Opportunity to work with cutting-edge surgical procedures in a high-acuity environment**Requirements:** - Current RN license in Texas- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certification required- Cardiovascular surgery experience required (non-negotiable)- Demonstrated competency in vascular and robotic surgical cases- Must be available for on-call rotation- CNOR certification preferred- Moderate sedation experience preferred- Endovascular experience highly desirable**Why It's a Great Opportunity:** This position offers the chance to work in a technologically advanced surgical environment with exposure to complex cardiovascular, vascular, and specialty procedures.
