Location: West Virginia

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Alternating 3x12 and 4x12 shifts, Nights 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, with every other weekend coverage

Highlights:

• Long-term care setting with 60-bed facility serving geriatric population
• 30 residents per hallway; daily census of 54 patients
• Matrix charting system experience required; CERNER utilized for documentation
• First-time travelers accepted with minimum 2 years RN experience
• Interdisciplinary support including Physical Therapy, Respiratory Services, Pharmacy, and Rapid Response Teams
• 8-hour orientation provided; scrubs in any color accepted

Requirements:

• Current West Virginia or Compact RN License (pending license accepted for submission)
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
• BLS certification through American Heart Association (AHA) required
• Charge nurse experience preferred but not required
• Long-term acute care (LTAC) and community hospital experience preferred
• Permanent address must be 100+ miles from facility location
• Minimum 2 Manager or Charge Nurse references from the past 2 years required
• Flu vaccine required (medical exemptions reviewed; religious exemptions not accepted)
