Start Date: ASAP
Location: Anchorage, Alaska
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: 3x12 Night Shift, 60 guaranteed hours per 2-week pay period

Highlights:

13-week assignment at a prestigious Magnet-designated, Level II Trauma facility recognized as the best hospital in Alaska
Oncology experience preferred but not required; experience with chemotherapy administration is a plus
Epic charting system in a modern, 407-bed acute care hospital setting
5:1 patient ratio on nights with interdisciplinary support including IV teams, rapid response teams, pharmacy, and lift teams
24 hours of orientation provided; floating within scope to similar units may be required
Free parking and scrubs provided

Requirements:

Active Alaska RN license or ability to obtain compact/endorsement license (pending license accepted with commitment to complete application within 48 hours of signing)
Minimum 1 year of RN experience required
Current BLS certification
Proficiency in medical-surgical nursing skills including peripheral line care, oxygen administration, non-invasive airway management, and isolation precautions
Experience with Epic charting preferred
Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility
Flexibility with weekend coverage based on staffing needs; commitment to work 3 of 5 major holidays
