Start Date: September 23, 2026
Location: Wilmington, North Carolina
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: 3x12 hour shifts, 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM, Thursday through Saturday

Highlights:

• 13-20 week contract assignment with no call requirement
• Float between orthopedic and main hospital departments as needed
• Work with diverse patient populations including neonates, infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
• EPIC charting system with GE and Siemens equipment
• Comprehensive imaging scope including abdomen, pelvis, head and neck, spine, musculoskeletal, and MR angiography
• Advanced techniques including diffusion imaging, gradient echo, MIP, MRP, and surface coils

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of recent hospital-based MRI experience required
• Active ARRT-MR certification and current BLS certification
• North Carolina state license or Compact license
• Previous travel assignment experience required (first-time travelers will not be accepted)
• Proficiency in abdomen, pelvis, head and neck, spine, musculoskeletal imaging, diffusion (non-brain), gradient echo imaging, MIP, MRP, peripheral MRA, spin echo images, surface coils, T1 and T2 weighted imaging, and CINE sequences
• Experience with adolescent, adult, and geriatric patient populations required; neonatal, infant, and pediatric experience preferred
• Availability to participate in Storm Team/Hurricane Team response during catastrophic events or disasters
• Completion of 8-10 hours of pre-start online modules (non-billable) using Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge
