Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, IMCU – Georgia

Start Date: September 8, 2026

Location: Atlanta, Georgia

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: 48 hours per week, 16-10 bed unit, 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratio

Highlights:

• Intermediate Care Unit (IMCU) specializing in medically complex patients
• Diverse case mix including sepsis, heart failure, hypertensive emergency, respiratory failure, COPD, chronic kidney disease, type 2 diabetes, substance abuse, and encephalopathy
• Experience with critical drips including heparin protocols
• Collaborative team environment with structured nurse-to-patient ratios
• Immediate start opportunity with contract assignment

Requirements:

• Active Registered Nurse license in Georgia or ability to obtain
• Minimum 2 years of IMCU or ICU experience required
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Current Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Demonstrated competency managing medically complex patient populations and critical drips
