Job Opportunity – Medical-Telemetry Registered Nurse – Georgia

Start Date: September 8, 2026

Location: Atlanta, Georgia

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: 32-bed acute care unit serving adult and older adult population with 1:5 nurse-to-patient ratio

Highlights:

• Med-Telemetry unit caring for trauma patients requiring continuous cardiac monitoring
• Administration of critical drips including Heparin and acute medications as ordered
• EPIC Electronic Medical Records system in use
• Specialty equipment includes gait belts, geriatric chairs, and physical therapy equipment
• Opportunity to work with an older adult population in a fast-paced acute care environment
• Contract assignment with immediate start date available

Requirements:

• Active Georgia RN license or compact state license
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Documented Medical-Telemetry experience with completed skills checklist mandatory
• Prior experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or NICHE (Nurses Improving Care for Healthsystem Elders) training strongly preferred
• Badge-appropriate photo and complete demographic information required for credentialing
