Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, Telemetry – Ohio

Start Date: September 21, 2026

Location: Columbus, Ohio

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: 12-hour day shifts (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM), every other weekend required

Highlights:

• 13-week contract assignment with 32 hours of orientation
• Telemetry unit specializing in cardiac monitoring and dysrhythmia interpretation
• 44-bed unit with average daily census of 34 patients, serving adult and geriatric populations
• Experience with IV insulin protocols and insulin drips required
• Epic charting system preferred
• Float requirements to different units within the organization as needed

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of acute care RN experience in telemetry (must be current within the last 12 months)
• Active RN license (Compact or Ohio state license required at time of submission)
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Previous telemetry experience with strong cardiac monitoring and dysrhythmia interpretation skills
• Experience with IV insulin protocols and insulin drip management
• Nursing education from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program
• 2 professional references required (at least 1 from a manager, director, or formal supervisor)
• Flu vaccine required (medical exemptions only)
