Job Opportunity – Med/Surg Telemetry Registered Nurse – Ohio

Start Date: September 25, 2026

Location: Northeast Ohio

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Night shift, 7:30 PM – 7:00 AM. Flexible scheduling options available including 4x12, 3x12, or 2x12 configurations. Contract duration of 13-18 weeks to provide winter coverage.

Requirements:

• Minimum 18 months recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience required
• 18 months permanent (non-travel) Med/Surg Telemetry experience prior to travel nursing
• Active permanent Ohio RN license or compact state license in hand at time of submission (no pending licenses accepted)
• Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications required
• NIHSS certification (must be willing to obtain prior to start)
• One recent professional reference from a manager, assistant nurse manager, supervisor, director, or charge RN from within the past 12 months in the Med/Surg Telemetry specialty
• COVID-19 and Flu vaccinations required (medical/religious exemptions only)
• Successful completion of ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments during orientation
• BCI/FBI background check must be completed within 48 hours of signing contract
