Description
Start Date: September 9, 2026
Location: Atlanta, Georgia
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: Varying shifts between 7:00 AM and 7:30 PM, days; 13-week contract
Highlights:
- General Medical Surgical ICU setting with diverse and critical patient population
- 13-week assignment with opportunity to make an immediate impact
- Cerner EMR system in use
- Day shift hours with schedule flexibility between 7:00 AM and 7:30 PM
- Holiday coverage required: 2 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Year's Day) and 1 minor holiday (day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve)
- Candidates must reside outside a 50-mile radius from the facility
Requirements:
- Active and unrestricted RN license in Georgia or compact state license
- Minimum of 2 years recent ICU nursing experience required
- Current AHA BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
- Current ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification required
- CCRN (Critical Care Registered Nurse) certification preferred
- NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale) certification preferred
- Proficiency with Cerner EMR system preferred
