Schedule: 13-week assignment; every other weekend and every other holiday required; no on-call

Highlights:

• Dual-unit experience working in both neonatal and pediatric intensive care settings based on facility needs
• 40-bed Level 3 or higher NICU environment with comprehensive neonatal and pediatric respiratory care
• Epic charting system preferred

• Work with diverse patient populations including neonates requiring advanced respiratory support

Requirements:

• Current Pennsylvania state license required at time of submission
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required
• Active certifications: BLS, PALS, NRP, and ACLS required
• Minimum 2 years of respiratory therapy experience required
• At least 1 year of experience in a Level 3 or higher NICU OR minimum 1 year PICU experience required
• Proficiency in advanced respiratory skills including high-frequency ventilation, BiPAP, CPAP, nitric oxide administration, intubation assistance, and neonatal resuscitation
• Experience with tracheostomy care, mechanical ventilation weaning, and various delivery systems
• Valid professional references and certification copies required
• Flu vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions only)
