Description
Start Date: September 21, 2026
Location: Pennsylvania
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: 13-week assignment; every other weekend and every other holiday required; no on-call
Highlights:
- Dual-unit experience working in both neonatal and pediatric intensive care settings based on facility needs
- 40-bed Level 3 or higher NICU environment with comprehensive neonatal and pediatric respiratory care
- Epic charting system preferred
- First-time travelers welcome with appropriate experience
- 40 hours of comprehensive orientation provided
- Work with diverse patient populations including neonates requiring advanced respiratory support
Requirements:
- Current Pennsylvania state license required at time of submission
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required
- Active certifications: BLS, PALS, NRP, and ACLS required
- Minimum 2 years of respiratory therapy experience required
- At least 1 year of experience in a Level 3 or higher NICU OR minimum 1 year PICU experience required
- Proficiency in advanced respiratory skills including high-frequency ventilation, BiPAP, CPAP, nitric oxide administration, intubation assistance, and neonatal resuscitation
- Experience with tracheostomy care, mechanical ventilation weaning, and various delivery systems
- Valid professional references and certification copies required
- Flu vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions only)
