3x12 hour shifts, Night shift, 13-week assignment. Weekend coverage required. Flexibility to float between units (NICU, PICU, Adult ICU) as needed to meet facility needs.Highlights:
- Multi-level critical care environment including 28-bed Adult ICU, 9-bed PICU, and 66-bed Level 3 NICU- Level II Trauma facility for adults and pediatrics; performs adult open heart surgeries- Comprehensive respiratory therapy modalities including NIV, high flow, nitric oxide, Flolan nebulizer, CPT, and advanced ventilator management- Ventilator platforms include Draeger (adults), Servo-I (PICU/NICU), 3100A/3100B oscillators, and Jet ventilators- Epic charting system in a Magnet-designated acute care hospital with 407 staffed beds- 36-hour orientation provided; free parking availableRequirements:
- Minimum 2 years of recent Level 3 or Level 4 NICU or PICU experience (required)- Active state license (compact license accepted; pending licenses considered but must be in hand prior to offer)- BLS and CRT certification required- ACLS, NRP, PALS, and RRT certifications preferred- Trauma experience required- Preferred experience with Puritan Bennett, Draeger, and Servo I ventilators- Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility- Two professional references covering one year within the last three years- First-time travelers acceptedWhy It's a Great Opportunity:
