Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse – Float Pool – Indiana

Start Date: September 7, 2026

Location: Indiana

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: 3x12-hour shifts per week. Every other weekend required (Saturday and Sunday). Holiday coverage: must work 2 of 3 major holidays as determined by leadership.

Highlights:

• Float position rotating through Emergency Department, Adult ICU, Adult Med-Surg, Adult Progressive Care Unit, Labor & Delivery, and NICU II
• Community-based facility providing full-service emergency care including pediatric patients as applicable
• Ideal candidate has adult acute care background with Labor and Delivery experience
• Approximately 30-40% of assignment will involve high-risk deliveries and NICU II care
• Cerner charting system preferred

Requirements:

• Active Registered Nurse license (must be in hand prior to start date)
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience required
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP (required)
• Nursing degree from ACEN or CCNE accredited university
• Ability to float between multiple units and care settings based on facility needs
• Experience with adult critical care, emergency care, labor and delivery, and neonatal care preferred
• Flu vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions only)
• Two supervisor references required
