Schedule: 3x12-hour shifts | 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM (36 hours/week) | Weekend nights Friday/Saturday plus 1 additional night shift

Highlights:

• Float to a variety of ICU settings based on patient acuity and staffing needs, including Neuro ICU, Surgical ICUs, Medical ICUs, CVICU, and Cardiology/Diagnostics units
• Work with a diverse patient population including transplant patients (kidney, liver, lung, heart) and complex critical care cases
• EPIC charting system with comprehensive interdisciplinary support including Physical Therapy, Respiratory Services, Pharmacy, and Rapid Response Teams
• Float within units of equivalent or lower acuity to match your skill level and experience
• Weekend night schedule provides work-life balance with consistent shifts
• Exposure to advanced critical care equipment and procedures including ventilator management, EVD, temporary pacers, and continuous therapies

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of ICU nursing experience required
• Active RN license (Compact or Ohio state license in hand at time of application)
• BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
• Proficiency with EPIC electronic medical records system
• Demonstrated competency in IV starts, telemetry interpretation, and ventilator management
• Education from an ACEN or CCNE accredited nursing program
• Previous travel nursing experience preferred
• Flu vaccine required (medical exemptions only)
• Two professional references required: at least one from a manager/director or formal leadership position
