Schedule: 4x10 hour days (7:00am-5:30pm) or 5x8 hour days (7:30am-4:00pm) as needed; on-call coverage includes 1 weekday and 1 weekend every 4-6 weeks, plus holidays

Highlights:

• 13-week contract with strong potential for extension
• Participate in diagnostic and interventional cardiology procedures along with endovascular peripheral interventions
• Work with advanced equipment including Siemens technology and perform complex procedures such as PCI, PTCA, IABP, and Impella insertion
• Comprehensive procedural responsibilities including scrubbing, room circulation, equipment setup, and maintaining sterile fields
• EMR system: Cerner
• Scrubs provided

Requirements:

• Graduate of an approved School of Radiologic Technology
• West Virginia Medical Imaging License or compact license (pending accepted for submission; must be active 1-2 weeks prior to start)
• ARRT (R) registration required
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications through American Heart Association
• ARRT CI certification preferred
• Minimum 1.5-2 years of experience in diagnostic and interventional cardiac cath lab settings
• Previous travel experience required
• Experience with diagnostic catheterizations, cardiac stent placement, hemodynamic monitoring, vascular closure systems, and life-threatening arrhythmia recognition
• Minimum 2 manager or charge nurse references from the past 2 years
• Permanent address must be at least 75 miles from the facility
