Description
Start Date: September 14, 2026
Location: Cumming, Georgia
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 6:45 AM to 3:15 PM
Highlights:- Outpatient surgery center environment with diverse case mix including robotics, neuro, orthopedics, plastics, and gynecology
- Heavy caseload emphasis on gynecological procedures, plastic surgery, and prostate biopsies
- Consistent weekday schedule with no weekend coverage required
- Opportunity to expand surgical expertise across multiple specialty areas
- 13-week contract assignment with potential for extension
- Candidates must reside outside of a 50-mile radius from facility location
- Active Georgia RN license or compact state license
- Minimum 2 years of recent Operating Room nursing experience required
- Current AHA BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- Current ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification
- Demonstrated proficiency in multiple surgical specialties preferred
- Holiday availability required: must work 2 of 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day) and 1 minor holiday (day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve)
This position offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced OR nurse to work in a dynamic outpatient surgery center with exposure to a wide variety of surgical procedures and advanced technologies including robotic surgery. The Monday through Friday schedule provides work-life balance while allowing you to maintain and enhance your clinical skills across multiple specialties in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
