Start Date: October 19, 2026

Location: Columbus, Ohio

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Night shift, 36 hours per week, every other weekend required

Highlights:

• Progressive Care Unit experience with mixed acuity levels including pre and post-surgical patients
• Patient population includes adults with various medical diagnoses and PCU-level acuity
• Daily census of 25-32 patients in a 32-room unit
• Epic charting system utilized throughout the facility
• Comprehensive interdisciplinary support including IV teams, respiratory services, rapid response teams, pharmacy, and physical therapy
• First-time travelers welcome; minimum 1 year of PCU experience required
• 36 hours of orientation provided

Requirements:

• Active RN license (Compact or Ohio state license required at time of submission)
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience
• Epic charting system experience required
• Nursing degree from ACEN or CCNE accredited program
• Proficiency in skills including cardiac telemetry, arterial line management, blood product administration, central line management, BiPAP/CPAP, chest tubes, dysrhythmia interpretation and management, IV insulin protocols, cardiac drips, PICC line management, and wound care
• 2 professional references required, including at least 1 from a manager/director or formal supervisor
• Willingness to float within the organization as needed
• Ability to complete Ohio fingerprinting process urgently upon contract signing
• Flu vaccine required (medical exemptions only)
