Schedule: 4x12 night shifts, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM, weekdays with every other weekend rotation

Highlights:

• 9-bed Emergency Department in a critical access hospital setting
• 13-week contract with potential for extension
• Patient ratios of 2:1, treating all age groups from infants to geriatrics
• Cerner EMR system with 24 hours of orientation provided
• Weekday shifts with every other weekend, no call, charge, or float responsibilities
• Blocked schedule requests may be considered if submitted at time of profile submission

Requirements:

• Active RN License (West Virginia or Compact state license required)
• Minimum 2 years of registered nurse experience required
• Previous travel nursing experience required; first-time travelers not accepted
• Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, PALS (all American Heart Association certifications required)
• Preferred Certifications: CPI, MAB, NRP, TNCC
• Core Skills: IV start, triage, emergency care across all age groups
• Experience with Cerner EMR preferred
• Small Emergency Department work history strongly preferred
• Must maintain permanent address at least 75 miles from facility location
• Minimum 2 manager or charge nurse references from past 2 years required
