Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse – Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory – Michigan

Start Date: September 21, 2026

Location: Michigan

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Casual/PRN role with no weekends or holidays required. No on-call responsibilities.

Highlights:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care for patients undergoing angiography, interventional procedures, and cardiac catheterization
• Participate in diverse cardiovascular diagnostic procedures including stress echocardiograms, treadmill exams, nuclear stress testing, cardioversions, and transesophageal echocardiograms
• Scrub in for procedures and collaborate closely with physicians and cardiac catheterization laboratory team members
• Perform specialized tasks including PICC line insertion via ultrasound guidance and vascular access support
• Operate advanced cardiac equipment including hemodynamic monitors, intraaortic balloon pumps, pacemakers/ICDs, and defibrillators
• Flexible casual position offering work-life balance without weekend or holiday commitments

Requirements:

• Active Michigan RN license (verification via LARA and/or Nursys required)
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
• Oncology nursing experience required
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification required
• Current American Heart Association ACLS certification required
• Recent travel work history highly preferred
• Current skills checklist (within 1 year) pertinent to specialty required
• Two supervisory reference forms completed within the last two years required
