Schedule: Day shift, three 12-hour shifts per week; typical hours 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM (alternate schedules may include 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM or 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM)

Requirements

• Active and permanent Ohio RN license or compact state license in hand at time of submission
• Minimum 18 months of permanent operating room experience required
• AHA BLS and ACLS certifications required (must be active and in hand)
• One professional reference from a manager, supervisor, or director in the specialty from the past 12 months
• Successful completion of ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessment during orientation
• COVID-19 and Flu vaccines required (medical/religious exemptions only)
• Background check clearance with no open cases; no license violations accepted
• BCI/FBI fingerprinting required within 48 hours of contract signing
