Job Opportunity – Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) – Pennsylvania

Start Date: October 5, 2026

Location: Pennsylvania

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: 13-week assignment with weekend and holiday coverage required. No on-call duties. 40 hours of orientation provided. RTO requests must be pre-approved and submitted at time of application.

Highlights:

• Adult critical care and emergency department experience required
• Work with advanced respiratory equipment including Hamilton G5, PB 980, Respironics V60, Optiflow, Lumis tx, CoughAssist, Vest, and IPV
• Epic charting system preferred; Trauma Level I or II experience preferred
• First-time travelers welcome with minimum 2 years of clinical experience
• Interdisciplinary support from Respiratory Services and Rapid Response Teams
• Patient population includes adult and geriatric care

Requirements:

• Active Pennsylvania state license required at time of submission
• Current RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist), BLS, and ACLS certifications required
• Minimum 2 years of respiratory therapy experience in adult critical care and emergency department settings
• Proficiency with advanced ventilator management, airway management, BiPAP/CPAP therapy, and arterial blood gas interpretation
• Flu vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions only); COVID-19 vaccine not required
• Pennsylvania fingerprinting and background clearance required prior to start
• Valid professional references required
