Description
Start Date: September 28, 2026
Location: Alabama
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. or 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Call coverage includes neuro lab call approximately one week every four weeks, plus backup call of 2 to 4 additional days per month (total call commitment approximately 9 to 11 days per month). Must be able to report to facility within 30 minutes of notification.
Highlights:
- Perform interventional radiology and neuro-endovascular procedures in both single- and biplane environments
- Support vascular surgery, adult diagnostic angiography, and minimally invasive guidewire and catheter-based procedures
- Function as scrub, monitor, and fluoroscopy technologist across interventional radiology and neuro-interventional suites
- Provide care to adult and geriatric patient populations in advanced procedural settings
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including physicians and procedural staff
- Travel assignment with contracts ending on Tuesdays to align with facility pay period
Requirements:
- Graduate of an approved radiologic technology program recognized by the American Medical Association Council on Education, or credentialed through Cardiovascular Credentialing International as a Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS)
- ARRT (VI) certification required
- BLS and ACLS certification required
- Experience with vascular surgery, interventional radiology, and neuro-endovascular cases
- Active Alabama radiologic technology license required at time of submission
- Previous travel experience preferred; highly experienced candidates may be considered on a case-by-case basis
- Permanent address must be at least 90 miles from the facility (local candidates will not be accepted)
- COVID-19 vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions only)

- Pre-start modules required (non-billable)
