Schedule: 36 hours per week | 12.5-hour shifts (7:00 AM - 7:30 PM or 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM) | Rotating weekends | No call required

• 13-week assignment in a well-established Medical Surgical Intensive Care Unit serving a diverse patient population
• Procedures include chest tubes, tracheostomies, GI scopes, intubations, central lines, arterial lines, NG tubes, Foley catheters, and advanced dressing changes
• EMR system: Meditech for charting and order entry

• Professional environment requiring punctuality, time clock compliance, and 30-minute meal breaks

Requirements:

• Active Texas RN License (required at start; temporary licenses not accepted)
• Minimum 2-3 years of ICU experience (recent and verifiable)
• Current ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• NIH Stroke Certification required
• Strong critical thinking and clinical assessment skills
• Preferred: MICU or MSICU background and Meditech charting experience
