# Job Opportunity – Operating Room Registered Nurse – Texas**Start Date:** September 28, 2026 **Location:** Pearland, Texas **Compensation:** Details provided to qualified applicants **Schedule:** Monday–Friday, five 8-hour shifts (four 10-hour shifts may be considered based on department needs). Call coverage required approximately 5–8 shifts per month, including one weekend and weekday evening coverage**Highlights:** - Work in a state-of-the-art 4-OR surgical suite with advanced technology including daVinci Xi robotic system, Stryker laparoscopic towers, and Hologic Trident equipment- 1:1 patient ratio ensuring focused, quality perioperative care- Diverse surgical case mix including orthopedic (total joints, revisions, fractures), general surgery (robotic, laparoscopic, and open), colorectal, urological, and gynecological procedures- Collaborative team environment with 5–6 nurses per shift plus Clinical Nurse Coordinator support- EMR system: Meditech- Contract duration: 13 weeks or longer**Requirements:** - Current Texas RN license or compact state license- BLS and ACLS certifications required- Minimum 2 years of recent Operating Room nursing experience- Proficiency with robotic, laparoscopic, and open surgical procedures- Meditech experience preferred- Previous HCA experience is a plus**Why It's a Great Opportunity:** Join a dynamic surgical team in a modern facility where your expertise will make a direct impact on patient outcomes across multiple specialties.
