# Job Opportunity – Emergency Department RN – Texas**Start Date:** September 28, 2026 **Location:** Texas **Compensation:** Details provided to qualified applicants **Schedule:** 12-hour shifts, 4 weekend shifts per 4-week period, no call required**Highlights:** - 37-bed Emergency Department with Level 2 Trauma designation - Main ED and Pediatric ED coverage with 1:4 patient ratio in zone - Meditech EMR system; GE monitoring equipment - 73 FTE team with dedicated charge nurse, RN, and tech/paramedic support on each shift - Structured day and night shift staffing with mid-shift support coverage - ED holding support for admitted patients awaiting bed placement **Requirements:** - Active RN license - Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications required - Meditech experience strongly preferred - High-caliber patient experience skills essential - Emergency Department experience preferred - Ability to start quickly with minimal PTO requests preferred **Why It's a Great Opportunity:** This is an excellent opportunity for a high-energy, self-motivated Emergency Department RN to join a well-staffed trauma center with strong collaborative support.
