Job Opportunity – Interventional Radiology Technologist – Ohio

Start Date: November 2, 2026

Location: Columbus, Ohio

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM - 7:00 PM with rotating day off (40 hours per week). Call requirement includes one primary weekday and one backup weekday per month, plus one weekend every 6 weeks alternating between primary or backup coverage.

Highlights:

  • Work with a highly skilled multi-disciplinary team of physicians, technologists, nurses, and advanced practice providers
  • 8 procedure rooms dedicated to interventional radiology procedures only (no Cath/EP, Neuro, or Hybrid OR)
  • Operate state-of-the-art Siemens imaging equipment
  • Experience with EPIC electronic medical records system preferred
  • Daily census of 20-40 patients in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • First-time travelers welcome with minimum 2 years of experience

Requirements:

  • Active ARRT (R) certification
  • Current BLS certification
  • Ohio State Radiologic Technologist License (or ability to obtain)
  • Minimum 2 years of Interventional Radiology experience
  • Proficiency in using Siemens equipment
  • Education from an accredited program
  • Flu vaccine required (medical exemptions only)
  • Two professional references required, including at least one from a manager or director

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform a wide range of interventional radiology procedures including angioplasty, embolization, central venous access, PICC line placement, biopsies, and more
  • Operate Siemens imaging equipment effectively and maintain quality standards
  • Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout all procedures
  • Maintain accurate patient documentation in EPIC system
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to deliver exceptional patient care
  • Support procedures involving adult and geriatric patient populations
