Description
Start Date: September 21, 2026
Location: Arlington, Texas
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: 6-week rapid response assignment, 48 hours per week, night shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM), rotating weekends. No requests off or special scheduling accommodations.

- 54-bed Emergency Department with a collaborative team of 125 staff members
- 4:1 patient ratio providing manageable workload and quality patient care
- Meditech EMR system
- Patient-centered care model in a fast-paced emergency environment
- Quick onboarding with start date within 5-7 days of offer acceptance
Requirements:
- Active Texas RN license or compact state license
- Minimum 1.5 years of Emergency Department experience required; 2+ years preferred
- Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications (all must be provided with application submission)
- Strong prioritization and time management skills
- Meditech EHR experience preferred
- Team player with a collaborative approach to patient care
